Receta Grilled Lemon Thyme Chicken Breasts

Ingredientes
- 4 sm boneless skinless chicken breast halves flattened
- 1 lrg garlic clove crushed
- 1/2 c. Lemon Juice 1 1/2 lemons
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pch Dry Thyme Salt And Pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Put the breasts in a glass baking dish which will hold them in one layer.
- Beat the remaining ingredients in a small bowl with a fork and pour over the chicken. Cover with plastic wrap and chill for 2 hrs. Turn the breasts once during which time.
- Preheat the broiler. Remove the breasts from the marinade and broil 4 minutes. on each side.
