Ingredientes
- 4 x pears, cut lengthways into 1 cm slices a little sugar
- 4 Tbsp. 'matchstick' cut ginger, fried till crisp macadamias or possibly pecans salad greens dressing of olive, macadamia oils and balsamic vinegar
Direcciones
- Sprinkle a little sugar on pears and grill till tender and brown. Pile greens on plate, arrange pears on top and scatter nuts and dressing. Finally, throw ginger crisps on top.
