Receta Grilled Salmon

Ingredientes
- 3/4 c. Minced seeded peeled tomato
- 2 Tbsp. Minced fresh basil
- 2 tsp White wine vinegar
- 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 2 x Cloves of garlic chopped
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Warm pepper sauce (up to 1/4) Salmon steaks (4-6)
Direcciones
- 1. Place first 7 ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth.
- Pour into a shallow dish : add in salmon turning to coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 30 min or possibly longer turning
- 2. Remove from marinade, reserving marinade
- 3. Grill or possibly broil basting occasionally till fish flakes easily with a fork the in direct heat grill works great for this one also
