- 4 x shark or possibly swordfish steaks
- 1/3 c. low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp grated lemon peel
- 1 x garlic clove chopped
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Combine all marinade ingredients. Marinate steaks 1 to 3 hrs before grilling.
- Once the grill is heated, cook the steaks for about 4 to 5 min each side, longer if needed.
