Receta Grilled Turkey Tournedos

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. minced fresh oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp crushed garlic
- 1 Tbsp. crushed black peppercorns
- 1 x 2 1/2 pound boneless skinless turkey, breast
- 12 slc prosciutto
Direcciones
- In a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, oregano , garlic and black pepper.
- Cut turkey breasts crosswise into "fillets" about 2 inches thick. Depending on size of breast, you should get between 4 and 8 pcs.
- Wrap Prosciutto around outside edge of "fillets". You may need more than one piece of prosciutto if fillet is very wide. Secure prosciutto with piece of skewer.
- Drizzle marinade over tournedos, cover, and chill for 4 hrs.
- Preheat grill to medium high. Lightly oil grill rack. Grill over medium heat for 8-10 min or possibly till turkey flesh is opaque and golden brown grill marks are apparent.
