Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Pasta, uncooked
- 1 x Onion, sliced
- 1 x Bell pepper, sliced
- 4 x Tomatoes, cut into chunks
- 1 x Zucchini, sliced
- 1 x Yellow squash, sliced Bottled Italian dressing
- 1/4 c. Minced fresh basil
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions and keep hot. Combine 5 vegetables in a bowl. Mix with sufficient Italian dressing to moisten. Grill about 6 min or possibly till tender - use of a disposable grill sheet helps.
- Toss with hot pasta. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan cheese.
- Yield: 4servings.
