Receta Grilled Whole Pomfret

Ingredientes
- 4 med Sized pomfrets
- 100 ml Oil for grilling
- 100 ml Oil Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. Lime juice, (30 ml) A few drops Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp White pepper pwdr, (10 g) A healthy pinch of mixed herbs
Direcciones
- CLEAN the pomfrets and slit them from both the sides. Mix all the ingredients for the marinade and check the seasoning. Apply to the pomfrets and keep aside for 30 min.
- Grill the pomfrets for 10 to 15 min or possibly until done. Serve on the warm sizzler tawa with accompaniments like boiled potatoes and tomatoes stuffed with spinach.
- NOTES : Pomfrets with the delicate flavour of mixed herbs
