Ingredientes
- 6 whl catfish - (abt 1 to 1 1/2 lbs ea) cleaned
- 4 ounce butter - (1 stick) melted
- 2/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 dsh Tabasco sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt, preferably Kosher
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
Direcciones
- Whisk together basting sauce ingredients.
- Place catfish on well-oiled grill or possibly grilling basket over medium coals. Grill, basting frequently for about 20 min; turn and continue grilling for about 15 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with a fork.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
