Receta Grits & Sunny Side Up Egg with Crispy Bacon
Nice breakfast, brunch dish, ready in minutes.
Ingredientes
- 2 Large Eggs
- Drizzle of Olive Oil
- Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
- 1/2 cup Instant grits
- 3 tablespoons optional Grated Cheese (for Grits, if desired)
- 2 Slices Crispy Cooked Bacon Strips, Garnish
Direcciones
- In a saucepan add water (per Instant Grits package instructions), once boiling add a pinch of salt and Instant grits, lower heat to low/simmer and cover with a lid. Once Grits are creamy remove from heat.
- In a frying pan add drizzling of Olive oil on medium heat, cook 2 eggs sunny side up.
- Cut cooked bacon strips up the middle, for garnishing
- In a bowl add Grits, topped with sunny side up egg and bacon
- Enjoy!
