Receta Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 minced onion
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 1 sm. can cream style corn
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (5 ounce) pkg. egg noodles
- 1 c. Mozzarella (4 ounce)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Cook onion and minced pepper with butter in frying pan. Brown grnd beef. Mix soup with lowfat milk. Add in noodles, tomato sauce, corn, beef, onion and pepper. Pour into casserole. Put cheese on top. Bake 350 degrees 45 min. (Optional - 2 cups buttered bread crumbs on top before adding cheese.)
