Receta Maple Walnut Apple Crisp

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. packed light brown sugar
- 1/3 c. regular oats
- 1/4 tsp grnd cinnamon
- 1/4 c. chilled butter cut into small pcs or possibly stick margarine
- 3 Tbsp. minced walnuts
- 7 c. sliced peeled Rome apple (about 3 pounds)
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp grnd cinnamon
Direcciones
- 1. Preheat oven to 375degrees.
- 2. Lightly spoon flour into a dry measuring c.; level with a knife. Combine flour, sugar, oats, and 1/4 tsp. cinnamon in a medium bowl; cut in butter with a pastry blender or possibly 2 knives till mix is crumbly. Stir in walnuts.
- 3. Combine apple and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Spoon apple mix into an 8-inch square baking dish or possibly 1-1/2-qt casserole. Sprinkle with crumb mix. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 min or possibly till golden. Serve hot.
- Yield: 9 servings.
