Receta Ground Turkey And Vegetables

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey
- 2 c. slice leeks or possibly onion
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 c. each minced green pepper, sliced celery and diced carrots
- 2 c. each zucchini and crushed canned tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon each marjoram, rosemary leaves, crushed
- 2 c. cooked brown rice
- 4 ounce. grated cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In a large skillet cook turkey, leeks, garlic, peppers, celery and carrots till turkey is browned. Stir in zucchini, tomatoes and seasonings. Cover and simmer 15 min. Add in rice and spoon in a casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 more min.
