Receta Ground Turkey Stew

Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd turkey, thawed
- 1 lg. stalk celery, minced
- 1/2 c. powdered potatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 carrots, minced
- 1 c. minced cabbage
- 1 (#2) can peeled tomatoes
- Water to cover
Direcciones
- Brown the turkey. Add in all vegetables except tomatoes. Cook on low heat for 30 min. Add in tomatoes and simmer for 10 more min. Add in 1 tsp. sugar with tomatoes. Add in more water if needed. Other vegetables may be added. Great for using up left over peas, green beans, corn, etc.
