Ingredientes
- 7 ripe avocados, peeled & seeded
- 2 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 2 teaspoon onion salt
- 3 tbsp. picante sauce
- 1 tomato, minced in sm. pcs
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- Salt & pepper
- 4 med. tomatoes
- Tortilla chips
- Lemon juice (opt.)
Direcciones
- Mash avocados, leaving slightly chunky, and add in next 5 ingredients. Mix well; add in salt and pepper to taste. Slice medium tomatoes in half; scoop out pulp and sawtooth the edges. Place 1/2 c. of guacamole mix in each of 8 tomato c.. Top each guacamole boat with single tortilla chip standing anchored in mix. Pass lemon juice, if you like. Makes 8 servings.
