Receta Guacamole Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. cilantro leaves
- 2 x green onions cut 1" pcs
- 1 x jalapeno pepper seeded, and coarsely minced
- 1 can reduced-sodium chicken broth - (14 1/2 ounce)
- 1/2 c. tomato juice
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 sm Hass avocados peeled, pitted, and coarsely minced Tabasco sauce (optional) Salt to taste
Direcciones
- In a food processor, pulse cilantro, green onions, and pepper till finely minced, scraping down sides of bowl as necessary.
- Add in chicken broth, tomato juice, lemon juice, and avocados. Process till smooth. Add in Tabasco and salt to taste. Chill 1 hour for flavors to blend. (May be made up to 8 hrs ahead.)
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
