Ingredientes

  • Vermicelli / Semiya - 75 grams (for me 1 cup weighed 25 grams so I used 3 cups)
  • Gulkand / Rose petals preserve - 3 spoons
  • Boiled milk - 500 ml (3¼ cups)
  • Condensed milk - 200 gram (Half of a tin nearly 1 cup; I used nestle milkmaid)
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Almonds- 10
  • Cashews - 10 + 10
  • Raisins - 10
  • Cardamom pods - 5 (Optional; I did not add them)
  • Ghee - 5 spoons
