Receta Gulkand Semiya Payasam | Vermicelli Rose Preserve Kheer

- Vermicelli / Semiya - 75 grams (for me 1 cup weighed 25 grams so I used 3 cups)
- Gulkand / Rose petals preserve - 3 spoons
- Boiled milk - 500 ml (3¼ cups)
- Condensed milk - 200 gram (Half of a tin nearly 1 cup; I used nestle milkmaid)
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Almonds- 10
- Cashews - 10 + 10
- Raisins - 10
- Cardamom pods - 5 (Optional; I did not add them)
- Ghee - 5 spoons
