  • Fresh spinach leaves (2 lg. clumps)
  • Fresh red leaf lettuce
  • 1 can pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 box garlic croutons
  • 8 ounce. finely shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 1-2 c. minced walnuts
  • 1 bottle Kraft Caesar dressing

Direcciones

  1. Wash and tear lettuce and spinach into pcs. Add in black olives, mushrooms, croutons, and cheese; toss. Add in dressing and walnuts. You can garnish with grated carrots or possibly canned mandarin oranges (liquid removed).
  2. Do not add in dressing till you are ready to serve.
