Receta Habanero Pepper Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Seeded, deveined habaneros
- 1 c. Cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd allspice
- 1 tsp Grnd thyme
- 1/2 tsp Grnd sage
- 1/4 tsp Grnd nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Lime juice

- I took habaneros, vinegar, and salt, covered it and put it on low heat till the peppers were soft. (This is when you need open windows and fans.) I added allspice, thyme, sage, nutmeg, cinnamon, sugar, and lime juice. I let it sit till cold, then very carefully put it in the blender and pureed till smooth. It's a really potent sauce, but tasty. My hands were still burning at 4AM, so be prepared.
