Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Margarine or possibly butter
- 2 Tbsp. Bisquick original baking mix
- 1 tsp Chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 tsp Grnd mustard
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 pkt (10-ounce) frzn minced broccoli, thawed and well liquid removed
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 lb Hake or possibly other lean white fish fillets
- 3/4 c. Bisquick original baking mix
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 2 Tbsp. Hard margarine or possibly butter
Direcciones
- HEAT oven to 350 degrees. Prepare Garlic Crumbs. Heat margarine in 1-1/3 qt saucepan over medium heat till melted. Stir in baking mix, bouillon granules and mustard. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, till mix is warm and bobbly; remove from heat. Stir in lowfat milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in cheese till melted.
- SPREAD broccoli in ungreased square baking dish, 9x9x2 inches. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Place fish fillets on broccoli. (If fillets are large, cut into 4 serving pcs; pat dry.) Spread cheese sauce over fish.
- Sprinkle with Garlic Crumbs.
- BAKE about 30 min or possibly till fish flakes easily with fork. Remove fish with slotted spoon. Serve with broccoli and sauce. 4 servings.
- Garlic Crumbs: Mix baking mix and garlic pwdr. Cut in margarine with fork or possibly pastry blender till mix is crumbly. Spread proportionately in ungreased square pan, 9x9x2 inches. Bake 9 min; stir.
