Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3/4 c. buttermilk or possibly sour lowfat milk
- 1 3/4 c. flour
Direcciones
- Measure all ingredients in bowl. Stir in buttermilk. Add in flour and mix well. Refrigerateone hour and then drop on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees even for about 15 min. When frosting cookies, use 1/2 white and 1/2 chocolate. Makes about 18 cookies.
