Ingredientes
- 8 ounce silken tofu
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 1/2 pkt sugar substitute
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 c. canola oil
Direcciones
- In a food processor, blend tofu, lemon juice, sesame oil, sugar substitute and salt till smooth. With processor on, slowly add in canola oil in a steady stream till incorporated. Mix should have consistency of thick mayonnaise.
- This recipe yields 6 servings.
