Ingredientes
- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 egg
- 1 slice bread, crumbled
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. minced onions
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients and shape in 4 loaves. Put in baking pan. Spoon proportionately 1/4 c. ketchup over. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20 min.
- For microwave: Shape into 3 loaves. Cook, covered medium high (70% power) for 5 min. Turn and cook an additional 5 min.
