Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp. cool water
- 1/2 teaspoon soda
- 2 c. flour
- 1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chocolate bits
- 2 egg whites
- 1 c. brown sugar
Direcciones
- Mix first 7 ingredients and pat in 13 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle with chocolate bits and push into mix. Beat egg whites till stiff and add in 1 c. brown sugar. Spread over top of mix. Don't touch sides of pan. Sprinkle with minced walnuts. Bake at 325 degrees till golden, about 35 min.
