- 4 sht (12x18-inches each) Reynolds Wrap Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil
- 4 x Halibut steaks (3/4 to 1-inch thick each)
- 8 ounce Fresh Portabella Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Filippo Berio Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Dry oregano
- 1/4 tsp Salt

- PREHEAT Grill to medium-high or possibly preheat oven to 450 degrees F. CENTER one fish on each sheet of aluminum foil. In a bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Let stand 5 min. Spoon one-fourth of mushroom mix over each fish steak. BRING up sides of foil and double fold. Double fold ends to create a packet, leaving room for heat circulatio inside packet. Repeat to make 4 packets. GRILL 12 to 14 min on medium-high in covered grill Or possibly BAKE 18 to 20 min on a cookie sheet in oven.
