- 2 cl Garlic, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
- 1/2 x Dry red chili pepper, seed
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pep
- 2 tsp Fruity extra virgin olive oil
- 12 med mushroom caps, brushe
Direcciones
- In a bowl mix together the ham, garlic, parsley, chili pepper, and extra virgin olive oil. Fill the mushroom caps with this mix, arrange in a baking dish
