Receta Ham 'N Apple Pancakes

Ingredientes
- 1 can (21-ounce) apple pie filling
- 2 c. Bisquick original baking mix
- 1 c. Lowfat milk
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3/4 c. Diced fully cooked smoked ham (about 4 ounces)
- 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Sliced green onions, if you like
Direcciones
- HEAT griddle or possibly skillet; grease if neces- sary. Heat pie filling till warm; keep hot. Beat baking mix, lowfat milk and Large eggs with wire whisk or possibly hand beater till smooth. Mix in ham, cheese and onions.
- POUR batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto warm griddle.
- COOK till edges are dry. Turn; cook till golden. Serve with hot pie filling. About 15 pancakes.
