Receta Ham 'N Turkey Noodle Soup

Ingredientes
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce.) cans Swanson clear ready to serve chicken broth
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil leaves, crushed
- 1 c. diced, cooked turkey
- 1 can (about 8 ounce.) tomatoes, undrained, cut up
- 1/2 c. cooked, sliced glazed carrots or possibly cut up cooked sweet potatoes
- 1/4 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1 c. med. egg noodles, uncooked
- Minced fresh parsley for garnish
Direcciones
- 1. In 3 qt saucepan over medium heat, heat 1/4 c. of the broth, onion and basil to boiling. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer 5 min or possibly till onion is tender.
- 2. Stir in remaining broth, turkey, tomatoes and their liquid, carrots and ham. Heat to boiling. Add in noodles. Cook 7 min or possibly till noodles are tender, stirring occasionally. Garnish with parsley.
- Makes 5 c. or possibly 3 servings.
