Receta Skillet Chicken 'N' Noodles

Ingredientes
- 5Â 5/8 ounce chicken flavor ramen noodle soup
- 1/2 c. fat-free lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lb grnd chicken breast, skinless
- 1/2 c. onions minced
- 10Â 3/4 ounce tomato soup, condensed
- 1/2 can water (soup can)
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Direcciones
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Add in seasoning packets and lowfat sour cream. Drain off most liquid; set aside. In a 10" skillet over medium heat, in warm oil, cook chicken and onions till chicken is no longer pink and onions are tender. Stir in tomato soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and black pepper. Stir in reserved noodles. Heat through, stirringoccasionally.
