Microwave uncovered till pastry appears dry and flaky, 1 1/2 to 3 min. Sprinkle cheese and onion in shells.Beat Large eggs,lowfat milk,salt and pepper sauce with fork in 2 - c. measures;stir in ham. Microwave uncovered on medium heat (385 watts) till hot, 2 to 3 min,stirring after 1 minute.Stir;pour into shells Place shells on inverted saucers in microwave oven. Microwave uncovered on medium high (385 watts) 2 min; turn dishes 1/2 turn.Microwave uncovered till center is almost set,2 to 3 min.Serves 2.
