Receta Harvest Ground Beef Casserole

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Grnd round
- 1 c. Minced onion
- 28 ounce Canned diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 c. Sliced peeled potatoes
- 1/3 c. All-purpose flour
- 10 ounce Frzn corn, thawed
- 10 ounce Frzn lima beans, thawed
- 1 med Green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese, 6 ounces
Direcciones
- In a skillet, brown beef; drain. Add in onion, tomatoes and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into a 3-quart. casserole coated with nonstick cooking spray.
- Layer with potatoes, flour, corn, lima beans and green pepper. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1-1/4 hrs. Sprinkle with cheese; cover and let stand till melted.
- Yield: 8 servings.
