Receta Harvest Pumpkin Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 c. apple butter
- 1 c. pumpkin, fresh, canned or possibly frzn
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 3 Large eggs, unbeaten
- 1 c. light cream, scalded and still warm
- 1 (9 inch) pie shell, unbaked
Direcciones
- Combine apple butter, pumpkin, salt and spices. Add in Large eggs and beat well. Add in cream and mix thoroughly. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 min, then reduce oven to 375 degrees and bake 20 to 25 min longer.
