Ingredientes
- 1 c. shredded carrots
- 1 c. minced celery
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon grnd sage or possibly poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 c. dry whole wheat or possibly white bread cubes
- 1/2 c. minced nuts
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 1/2-3/4 c. chicken broth
Direcciones
- To prepare stuffing: In skillet cook carrots, celery and onion in butter till tender but not brown. Combine with all remaining ingredients. May be used at once or possibly stored in refrigerator for a day or possibly two. We like raisins - so always add in a handful or possibly two of raisins.
