Ingredientes
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1 (32 ounce.) bag frzn hash browns
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 stick melted butter (reserve 3 tbsp. to mix with 1 c. crushed corn flakes for topping)
Direcciones
- Thaw hash browns and add in melted butter (5 Tbsp.), lowfat sour cream, soup, cheese and onion. Top with corn flakes and butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
