Receta Hash Brown Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 (24 ounce.) frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar
- 1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 c. ham, diced
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 2 Large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt and pepper
Direcciones
- Spread thawed hash browns on paper towels to soak up moisture. Preheat oven 425 degrees. Butter 9 inch pie pan. Make crust out of hash browns. Brush with melted butter. Bake 20 min. Reduce heat to 350 degrees.
- Combine ham, cheese, place on crust. Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, salt and pepper. Pour over cheese. Bake 30-45 min.
