Receta Hash Brown Potato Casserole

- 2 lbs. frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1 stick butter, room temperature
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. onions, minced
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Mix above. Pour into large baking dish. Top with a mix of four c. of finely crushed cornflakes and one c. melted butter. Bake at 400 degrees for one hour. Leave covered till about 10-15 min before cooking time is up.
