Receta Hash Brown Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 32 ounce. pkg. Ore Ida frzn hash browns
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 c. onion, minced fine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes
- 1/2 c. melted butter
Direcciones
- Break up potatoes. Blend remaining ingredients (except Corn Flakes and 1/2 c. butter) and mix with potatoes. Pour mix into 13 x 8 1/2 inch casserole. Mix 2 c. crushed Corn Flakes and 1/2 c. melted butter. Spread over potatoes and bake. Makes 10 servings.
