Receta Hash Brown Scalloped Potatoes

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. thawed hash brown potatoes
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 10 ounce. sharp Cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 (10 ounce.) can cream of chicken soup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and spread in a baking dish 9x13x3.
- Mix together 2 c. of corn flakes and 1/4 c. melted butter. Spread over the potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
