Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lb Grnd meat (lamb, turkey, beef)
- 2 c. Rice
- 1 c. Slivered almonds
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Allspice
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 3 1/2 c. Water or possibly broth
- 1/4 c. Butter

- Serving Ideas : This can be used as a bird stuffing, or possibly served on the side
- NOTES : Brown meat in butter. Add in rice and spices...stir for 2 min.
- Add in the liquid, bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 25 min.
- Stir in the almonds, and stuff it or possibly serve it on the side. Vegans will get much of the same flavor if you eliminate the meat, and use a vegetable broth.
