Receta Hawaiian Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs
- 4-5 apples, sliced
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, undrained
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. coconut, shredded
- Pastry for 2 crust pie
Direcciones
- Place unbaked lower crust in 9 inch pie pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Combine apples, pineapple, sugar, cinnamon and flour. Place in pastry lined pan. Cover top of filling with layer of shredded coconut before placing on top crust.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake 25-30 min or possibly till apples are tender.
