Receta Hawaiian Coleslaw
A great potluck or side dish or can also be used in sandwich wraps or on bagels with chicken, beef or pork. Easy and quick to make.
Ingredientes
- 1 bag (14 oz) coleslaw mix (julienned carrots, cabbage and/or brocoli)
- 1 1/4 cups Hellman's mayonnaise
- 1 small (8oz) can crushed pineapple, drained and squeezed to remove as much of the liquid as possible.
- 1 small (6oz) can mandarin oranges, well drained
- 1 small (6 oz) jar maraschino cherries, well drained, quartered
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
Direcciones
- Drain the pineapple, mandarin oranges and cherries well. Pat dry with a paper towel to remove all the liquid. Toss all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix to combine. Add the mayonnaise. Mix well. Cover and refrigeate for at least 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Serve chilled as a side dish or use in sandwich wraps.
