Ingredientes
- 2 cans refried beans
- 1 can black olives, minced
- 1/2 pkg. dry taco mix
- 4 fresh tomatoes, minced and liquid removed on paper towel
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
- 1 bunch green chives
Direcciones
- In a separate bowl, blend well: 1 1/2 c. lowfat sour cream 1/2 pkg. taco mix 2 T lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon saltFor base, stir together refried beans and 1/2 package taco mix. Spread on serving tray in a circle. Sprinkle minced olives on top of beans layer to cover. Next, layer minced and liquid removed tomatoes. Top with chives. Cover with both cheeses mixed together.
- Next layer is half of the avocado mix over the cheeses. Sprinkle lettuce over and top with the avocado mix on top and sides. Garnish with tomatoes and chips on sides and top. Put in refrigerator for short time and serve.
