- 1/4 c. nuts and seeds
- 1 teaspoon to 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/2 teaspoon grnd cinnamon
- Grated orange peel
- Whole grain bread or possibly English muffins

- Mix cheese spread ingredients together. Spread on bread. Place on cookie sheet. Broil till bubbly.
