Receta Healthy Coleslaw

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. Plain nonfat yogurt, or possibly yogurt cheese
- 1 Tbsp. Apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 2 c. Coarsely minced cabbage
- 1/2 c. Shredded carrots
- 1/4 c. Minced green peppers
- 1/4 c. Finely minced celery
Direcciones
- 1. Combine yogurt, vinegar, and honey in bowl large sufficient to hold coleslaw. Stir till smooth and well blended.
- 2. Add in vegetables and mix well.
- 3. Cover and refrigeratefor 15 min or possibly longer before serving.
- Notes: prep time: 10 min; Chilling tine: 15 min
