- 1 c. Yellow corn meal
- 1/2 c. All-purpose flour
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Egg substitue, beaten
- 1 c. Low-fat buttermilk
- 1 tsp Vegetable oil
Direcciones
- Mix and sift dry ingredients. Add in lowfat milk, egg substitue, and oil. Pour into muffin tins which have been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake 20-30 min at 350 till golden on top.
