Receta Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 1/4 c. (2 1/2 sticks) butter
- 2/3 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 c. unbleached flour
- 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 c. oats (quick)
- 1/2 c. oat bran
- 3/4 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In small bowl measure out flour, baking soda, salt, oatmeal and oat bran. In large bowl cream butter and sugars. Add in egg and vanilla; beat till smooth. Gradually add in dry ingredients. Stir in raisins. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 min. Makes approximately 2 dozen cookies.
