Ingredientes
- 3 onions, minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 pound lean grnd turkey
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 c. beef stock
- 2 lg. cans crushed tomatoes
- 4 lg. potatoes, diced
- 1 c. celery, sliced
- 1 c. green beans
- 1 c. mushrooms
- 1 c. minced spinach
- 1 c. dry red wine
Direcciones
- Cook onion in butter in large Dutch oven. Stir in meat and garlic, cooking till browned. Drain off any fat. Add in remaining ingredients, bringing to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hrs.
