Receta Healthy Tropical Smoothie
Great way to sneak some fruit into your picky kids diet.
Ingredientes
- 1 cup assorted fruit, frozen (the bag I bought had mango, pineapple and strawberries)
- 6 oz Light Yogurt, tropical flavor
- 2 Tablespoons Orange Juice, not from concentrate
- 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 4 Ice Cubes
Direcciones
- Add yogurt, orange juice and vanilla extract to blender. Mix until combined. Add fruit and blend. Add ice and blend until smooth.
