Ingredientes

  • 125 gm Unsalted butter
  • 50 gm Lowfat milk chocolate -- minced
  • 1 c. Brown sugar -- firmly packe
  • 50 gm White chocolate -- minced
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 60 gm Slivered almonds
  • 1/4 c. Cocoa
  • 50 gm Dark chocolate, melted -- e
  • 1 c. Plain flour
  • 50 gm White chocolate, melted -- Ext
  • 3/4 c. Self-raising flour

Direcciones

  1. Combine butter and sugar in small bowl, beat with electric mixer till light and fluffy, add in cooled dark chocolate and Large eggs, beat till combined.
  2. Transfer mix to large bowl, stir in sifted cocoa and flours in 2 batches, then lowfat milk and white chocolate and nuts. Drop heaped teaspoonsfuls of mix about 5 cm apart onto lightly greased oven trays. Bake in moderate oven for about 10 min or possibly till cookies feel hard but slightly soft in the center. Lift onto wire racks to cold. Drizzle or possibly pipe with extra dark and white chocolate.
  3. Makes about 36.
