Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 egg whites
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. oat bran
- 3/4 c. self-rising flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix corn syrup, vanilla, egg whites, and sugars till creamy. Add in dry ingredients in the order listed. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet sprayed with Pam. Bake 15 min or possibly till edges are browned. Larger cookies will take longer. Makes 3 dozen medium-sized cookies.
- Note: Fat content down to a minimum, even with the chocolate chips.
