Receta Hearty Bean Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. Minced green bell pepper
- 1/4 c. Minced onion
- 1 sm Garlic clove, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 30 ounce Van Camp's Red Kidney Beans (Dark or possibly Light), liquid removed
- 28 ounce Canned tomatoes, undrained cut into pcs
- 13 3/4 ounce Single strength beef broth
- 12 ounce Canned tomato juice
- 10 ounce Frzn corn
- 1 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 4 ounce Shredded cheddar cheese
Direcciones
- In 4-qt saucepan or possibly Dutch oven, saute/fry green pepper, onion and garlic in oil 5 to 7 min or possibly till tender. Add in remaining ingredients except cheese. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer 10 min, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle each serving with 2 Tbsp. cheese.
